On Saturday the 18th of August Open Mic Theatre had its 7th edition, this time at Terra kulture in V/I, Lagos. I'd had a crazy day but I was determined to to make it to Open Mic Theater that evening. I arrived about an hour and a half late but I still witnessed loads of spectacular performances. The night was filled with familiar faces from Open Mic's old venue (The Lifehouse) as well as a number of well known faces and there were some of fantastic performances ranging from spoken word, music and drama presentations.
This month's edition was tagged The Celebration Series and it featured performances made popular by Angelina Jolie, Leo DiCaprio, Bimbo Akintola and Desmond Elliot.
